Ceyhun Necati Pehlivan

Ceyhun Necati Pehlivan is a leading lawyer and head of the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) and Intellectual Property practice at Linklaters in Madrid, an international law firm. He is ranked in prestigious directories such as Chambers, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers. Iberian Lawyer has named him one of the top 10 cybersecurity lawyers in Spain and a rising star in Spain and Portugal.
Ceyhun serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at IE Law School and Complutense University of Madrid. His industry contributions include serving on the board of directors of the International Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Privacy Consortium. He was a member of the European Advisory Board and chair of the Spain Chapter at the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
He is the editor-in-chief of the Global Privacy Law Review, a prestigious academic peer-reviewed journal published by Wolters Kluwer. He has been widely published in leading academic publications, including two seminal books on AI.
